Mrs. Bhagyashree Gaurav Dharmadhikari is the Founder & Managing Director of IBT (Innovative Beauty Technics) International Beauty Academy. Starting her beauty career at 18, she trained in Switzerland at the prestigious Makeup CIDESCO. She is a certified Makeup CIDESCO professional, Cosmetologist, Cine Makeup Artist, Fashion Designer, and Permanent Makeup Artist. Bhagyashree has worked extensively in photo shoots, fashion shows, international events, films, and weddings. Under her leadership, IBT has trained over 1500 students across Maharashtra, empowering them with strong earning potential. Her vision is to create over 10,000 beauty entrepreneurs and generate global employment opportunities.
